山推壓路機冬季都有哪些使用(yong)注意事項?
1、發動機需預熱和(he)保(bao)溫
預(yu)熱(re)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)最簡單(dan)的(de)方法是(shi)將熱(re)至(zhi)85℃的(de)水(shui)(冷卻(que)液(ye))注入冷卻(que)系統,讓冷卻(que)系統邊加水(shui)(冷卻(que)液(ye))邊從排放(fang)孔(kong)放(fang)水(shui)(冷卻(que)液(ye))。待流出(chu)的(de)水(shui)溫(冷卻(que)液(ye))達到30-40℃時關閉放(fang)水(shui)塞,并停留10-15min,待發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)水(shui)套里的(de)水(shui)溫與氣缸體(ti)溫度趨于一致(zhi)時,便可啟動(dong)(dong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。還可以將曲軸箱中(zhong)的(de)機(ji)(ji)油放(fang)出(chu)來,經加熱(re)后再注入,以增加潤(run)滑效果和減少曲軸運轉的(de)阻力。預(yu)熱(re)機(ji)(ji)油時,不能在操作過(guo)程中(zhong)造成新的(de)污染。
保(bao)溫(wen)的主要措施是,在(zai)發動機(ji)機(ji)罩和散(san)熱器罩上裝棉制保(bao)溫(wen)套;進(jin)、排氣管上加裝鐵(tie)皮保(bao)溫(wen)罩,可(ke)以利用(yong)排氣管的熱量預(yu)熱進(jin)氣。
2、正確選用油液
冬季要采用低(di)(di)(di)凝點(dian)的輕柴(chai)油(you),以便提高(gao)發動機低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)啟動性能,增(zeng)加發動機功率(lv)。0號(hao)(hao)柴(chai)油(you)適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)10%、最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)4℃的地(di)(di)(di)區(qu);-10號(hao)(hao)柴(chai)油(you)適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)10%、最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)-5℃的地(di)(di)(di)區(qu);-20號(hao)(hao)柴(chai)油(you)適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)10%、最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)干-14℃的地(di)(di)(di)區(qu);-35號(hao)(hao)柴(chai)油(you)適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)10%、最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)-29℃的地(di)(di)(di)區(qu);-50號(hao)(hao)柴(chai)油(you)適(shi)用于(yu)(yu)(yu)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)10%、最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)-44℃的地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)。
缺少(shao)低(di)凝(ning)點(dian)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)時,可通(tong)過(guo)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)改(gai)善高凝(ning)點(dian)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)霧(wu)化狀況。預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)方法(fa)有(you)兩種。一是廢氣(qi)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re):從發動(dong)機排氣(qi)管(guan)接1根管(guan)子(zi)穿過(guo)燃(ran)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang),利用(yong)排出的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you),但需要(yao)先使用(yong)低(di)凝(ning)點(dian)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)啟動(dong)發動(dong)機,待被加熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)燃(ran)油(you)(you)(you)(you)流動(dong)后再換用(yong)高凝(ning)點(dian)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you),并且在停機前10~12min改(gai)用(yong)低(di)凝(ning)點(dian)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you),以免停機后油(you)(you)(you)(you)路堵(du)塞(sai)。二是循環水預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re):將循環水用(yong)管(guan)子(zi)通(tong)過(guo)燃(ran)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang),或(huo)做成夾層(ceng)(ceng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(xiang)(內層(ceng)(ceng)裝柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)、外層(ceng)(ceng)通(tong)循環水)。在開機前可用(yong)開水預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(應控制柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)溫度使之不超(chao)過(guo)60℃),但要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)裝置不漏(lou)水、不漏(lou)油(you)(you)(you)(you)、不漏(lou)氣(qi)。
在(zai)高凝點柴(chai)油里(li)摻入10%~40%的煤(mei)油,并混合均勻(yun),也能降低燃油的凝點。
此外(wai),機油(you)、齒(chi)輪油(you)、液壓油(you)和制動油(you)等要改用(yong)冬季用(yong)油(you)。
3、定(ding)期檢查(cha)維(wei)護蓄(xu)電池
蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池內電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)不(bu)能虧缺,要使極板淹(yan)沒10mm,必要時添加蒸餾水(shui)(切忌(ji)加注河水(shui)、井水(shui)或濃硫酸)。保持電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)密度在(zai)1.28g/cm3(相當于充(chong)(chong)足電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)),以(yi)保證(zheng)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能力。調(diao)節發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的調(diao)節器,適當提高(gao)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量,使充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較夏季高(gao)0.6V。這樣可以(yi)保證(zheng)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)充(chong)(chong)足,易于啟動。同時,應防范電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)外泄、腐蝕。
4、正確選用(yong)防(fang)凍液
防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)液(ye)應根據不(bu)(bu)(bu)同地區和不(bu)(bu)(bu)同車型(xing)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)。使用(yong)(yong)2年以上的(de)防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)液(ye)應更換(huan),混(hun)合防(fang)凍(dong)(dong)液(ye)必須1年更換(huan)一次。不(bu)(bu)(bu)同品(pin)牌不(bu)(bu)(bu)同型(xing)號(hao)的(de)產品(pin)不(bu)(bu)(bu)要混(hun)用(yong)(yong)。冬季作業時一般(ban)不(bu)(bu)(bu)要使用(yong)(yong)配重水和灑(sa)水。
5、及時(shi)檢查維護制動系統
壓路(lu)(lu)機(ji)多采用高(gao)壓空氣(qi)(qi)作為制動(dong)介質,若干燥(zao)器失效(xiao),制動(dong)管路(lu)(lu)內部含水過多,就(jiu)可能(neng)發生管路(lu)(lu)凍(dong)結,導(dao)致制動(dong)不靈。必須及時檢查油水分(fen)離器、空氣(qi)(qi)干燥(zao)器,防止制動(dong)管路(lu)(lu)發生凍(dong)結。
6、經常檢查并更換輪胎
冬季,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)會(hui)變(bian)硬變(bian)脆(cui),不(bu)(bu)但與地(di)面的(de)摩(mo)擦系(xi)數降低,而且易(yi)于漏氣、扎(zha)胎(tai)(tai)。應經常清(qing)除胎(tai)(tai)紋里的(de)雜物,避免使用補過1次(ci)以(yi)上的(de)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai),要更(geng)換磨損較大和不(bu)(bu)同(tong)品(pin)牌不(bu)(bu)同(tong)花紋的(de)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)。
7、空調要定時開(kai)啟
空(kong)調在冬季(ji)是不經常(chang)使用的,但必(bi)須每周開(kai)啟5-10min,讓機(ji)件得以潤滑,防(fang)止軟管硬化(hua)。
